Due to the high demand for our horses and the volume of daily inquiries, we have structured our viewing and purchasing process to ensure efficiency, fairness, and availability for serious buyers.

Viewing Appointments

All visits to our ranch are by appointment only and are reserved for qualified buyers. Our horses are in high demand and often sell quickly, sometimes before scheduled visits. For this reason, we strongly recommend securing your horse early.

To schedule a viewing appointment, we require a 40% refundable deposit. This ensures that:

  • The horse is reserved and removed from active sale listings
  • You have priority access to view and ride the horse
  • We can dedicate time to provide a personalized experience

This deposit is fully refundable if the horse does not meet your expectations upon arrival. Additionally, if you find another horse in our program that better suits your needs, your deposit can be transferred without issue.

Please note that a horse is only officially held once both:

  • A deposit is received
  • A signed sale agreement is completed

This policy allows us to maintain fairness while ensuring serious buyers have the opportunity to secure their ideal horse.

Payment Options

We offer flexible and secure payment methods for clients purchasing horses online or in person across the USA:

Cryptocurrency Payments:

Checks:

  • Personal checks are accepted; however, horses will only be released once funds have fully cleared (typically up to 14 days)

Not Accepted:

  • Cashier’s checks

Once you select your horse, our team will send a detailed Sale Agreement via email for your review and signature. Most clients choose bank wire transfer as it allows for immediate confirmation and enables us to begin horse shipping and delivery arrangements without delay.
